On the Rig Floor

Bret Boteler with West Janice #1 Rig Hands and SupervisorsLast night at 11:56 PM I stood on the rig floor with our drilling crew as they spudded the West Janice #1. This well marks our entry into a new chapter in the growth of this company. Using two new proprietary filtering processes, we are planning for success where past technologies have failed. It is amazing to see this project come to life. In the days leading up to drilling commencement I had the privilege of getting to know the rig hands and supervisors on site. They are the hardest working hands I’ve met in my career. Our operator, Evans Energy, has put an amazing team together. They have a passion for the oil and gas business. They are proud of what they do, and I know they can handle the challenges ahead.
