The new year promises to be an interesting one if the first week is any indicator. Although mixed factors go into the price of a barrel of oil, tensions in the Middle East are by far the strongest component. Check out Investor’s Insight for my thoughts on the recent conflict in the Gaza Strip.
On your article Gaza, China and US … you quote that Iran is the second largest producer. Iran is fourth after Saudi, Russia and the US. Iran produces about half the volume of the US.
